If you are not completely satisfied and your order qualifies, we accept returns (USA Only)

* Returns are accepted at The Cheeky Boutique (shoes only) within 15 days of receiving your order. Items returned past the 15-day grace period will not be eligible for return and you will be responsible for postage back to you.
* Once your return arrives to us, please allow up to two weeks for processing.
* All International Orders (Outside USA) are non refundable. International orders do not qualify for returns/exchanges. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer.
* A fee of $10 applies per return. This will be deducted from your order total. (Return fee is per order, not per item)
* We do not perform exchanges. Please return your original order as per the requirements laid out and place a new order for the size you would like.
* You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

* Shoes need to be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in. That includes the plastic wrapping, box and inserts.
* Shoes need to be in the same condition they were when sent. Bottom of heels need to be clean and not worn looking. No scuffs!

PLEASE NOTE:

* Once the refund is issued, it can take 7-10 business days for it to show on your bank statements.
* Any original shipping fees are non refundable.
* All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Cheeky Boutique.
* Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will not be issued a refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

The Cheeky Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.

International orders- shipping is estimated 10-20 business days (depending on your customs)

We are NOT responsible for lost packages. Once the package is shipped it is in the hands of the postal service and you will need to contact them to receive a refund.
